Our services provide you with freedom from the worry of dealing with and scheduling various subcontractors, such as plumbers and electricians, and generally coordinating your whole project for you.

We work closely with our design and product teams to alleviate any concerns with proper material selections and placement within your plan.

We work directly with you in decision making and fully answer all questions you may have regarding construction and materials.

All costs generated include labor and rough-in materials. Of course, the selection of finish products, such as your tub or cabinetry or flooring or roof shingles, is separately bid with the design team.

All professionals are industry certified, licensed and registered as required by law. We carry a 2 million dollar insurance umbrella for all your needs, and customize our insurance for any exceptional needs you may have (educational, institutional, non-profit).

“We specialize in ADA construction with particular attention to “Aging in Place” design and planning for our customers who remodel while still physically active, however have the foresight to renovate and build with their futures in mind.

There are certain guidelines which must be met, according to law, for ADA (American’s with Disabilities Act) construction, which pertain to adequate accomodation for those who require alternate accessibility, such as wider door openings for wheelchair width or walker width (commonly more than the standard 32-36” openings), gradual ramps to higher levels instead of steps, shorter cabinetry and appropriate sink and appliance accessibility heights, for instance.

“Aging in Place” defines a more recent trend in living and aging in your existing home, while possibly becoming more limited in physical motion.  There has even been the development of the National Aging in Place Council, which can be found at http://www.ageinplace.org/ to assist all who are approaching senior status.
